HJK Enterprises Background
HJK Enterprises is version 2.0 of Empowerment Enterprises of Africa. The upgrade is a result of assessing where we are and where we want to be. To get to where we want to be, we stretched the boundaries of history. We have changed from being a single consulting firm to becoming a holding company that oversees profit and non-profit firms. It is no longer a company that is run by a single manager but is a company led by an experienced team of individuals who are determined to be extraordinary in unleashing their potential.
Instead of operating as a single entity, we connect with and count on working with experts to provide services in multiple countries. HJK Enterprises does not dwell on what has been achieved in the past but constantly evolves to more and better in everything we do in the ministry, consultancy, and investment.

Family Devotion Enterprise (FDE)
A non-profit organization designed to build a thriving and Christ-centered family through the Word of God, prayer, praise, and supplication. The core purpose of FDE is to engage all members in the family to interactively worship God in Truth and Spirit
Innovative Solutions Enterprise (ISE)
A consultant firm aimed at bringing capacity to institutions to explore challenges and develop simple techniques to achieve intended results. The ISE focuses on Research and Development, Communication for Development, Capacity Development, Knowledge Management, Information Technology, and Data Management and Utilization.
Investing in the Land Enterprise (ILE)
The goal of ILE is based on Jeremiah 29:5, in which God says: “Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce.” ILE’s core is to invest in homes, land, and other real properties for the befit of communities.
Our Management Team
Jasson Kalugendo
Lead partner, brings 15+ years of professional experience as an international development consultant in planning, stakeholders’ engagement, research and data utilization, training and knowledge management. He has worked with universities, churches, governments and the private sector in the United States, Africa, Europe and with agencies of the United Nations.
Hellen Kaale
A company financial and marketing lead with over a decade of working with banks, insurance investment and retail companies, and technology. Through her experience with different companies, she has developed expertise in a variety of areas including investments, financial planning, mortgages, and marketing.
Malcom Abraham
A company information and data management lead with training in cyber security. He also has developed experience in video production, as well as data accessibility, processes, quality, and protection.
